 Sea View is a wonderful example of a late Victorian seaside house built to maximise sea views and provide outdoor living space. The large balcony with door access from the house is perfectly detailed featuring attractive railings, support posts and brackets together with fully glazed windows and half glazed balcony door. The square wooden bay windows on the ground floor also provide authentic detailing and large window display areas.
